Shipping Policy📦  

1. Order Processing ⏳  
All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays). During promotional periods or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended. We will notify you via email if there are any updates.  

2. Shipping Timeframe 🚚  
- Shipping from US Warehouse: We offer free shipping with a delivery time of 5-7 business days. After meticulous packaging, your items will be delivered to your designated address within the US via our trusted logistics partners. (We typically use USPS for shipping. If you require a different shipping carrier, please get in touch with us or leave a note in your order. We will determine whether we can ship with your preferred carrier, depending on the circumstances. Please note that this may incur additional shipping costs, for which you will be responsible.) You can check the estimated delivery date on the order confirmation page. Actual delivery time may be slightly delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather or customs inspections), but we will do our utmost to ensure your items arrive on time.
- Shipping from Chinese Warehouse: When orders are shipped from our Chinese warehouse, the delivery time is 20 - 40 days. As international shipping involves numerous stages and costs, a shipping fee is required for such orders. The specific amount will be displayed on the checkout page based on your delivery address, the weight and volume of the items, etc. You can complete the shipping fee payment according to the prompts, and we will use professional international logistics services.
- Actual delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Please refer to your tracking information for updates.  

Note: We have exclusive distributors in Russia, France, and Brazil. Therefore, we are unable to ship to these three countries. You can contact our distributors for purchase.

3. Shipping Fees 💳  
- Ships from US warehouse: Free shipping. 
- Ships from China warehouse: Subject to checkout page. Note: For international shipments, we only charge the shipping fee. If any taxes and customs duties are incurred, you will need to pay them yourself.

4. Order Tracking 📲  
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.  
- If you do not receive the email or need assistance, please contact our customer service team at: service@srmknives.com.  

5. Exceptions ⚠️  
- Holidays or extreme weather conditions may cause shipping delays. Please plan your purchases accordingly.  
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or the recipient’s inability to receive it, additional shipping fees will apply for reshipment.  

6. Returns & Refunds 🔄  
- Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original condition.  

- For returns or exchanges due to product defects or shipping errors, we will cover the shipping costs. For non-quality-related returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.  

- Please be advised that returns are not accepted for international orders. We recommend carefully reviewing your purchase requirements before completing your transaction.
