All orders will be processed within 1-3 working days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed before 3 pm on working days (Monday to Friday) are usually shipped on the same day. Weekend and holiday orders will be postponed to the next working day.

US domestic orders are usually delivered within 5-7 business days (excluding holidays), depending on your region and logistics carrier.

Currently, the website only ships to the United States. If you are in other countries, you can find our dealers in other countries to purchase.

We generally use USPS as our carrier. Depending on your order, we may also use other major carriers such as UPS, FedEx, etc.
