On March 23, 2026, we agreed to participate in the hardness testing conducted by SteelHardnessLab.com.
We voluntarily selected and submitted multiple batches of samples for testing, including our 140Cr steel, as we had full confidence in our products.
The final test results showed that the actual hardness of 140Cr steel was lower than our previously published range of 61–63 HRC. Following the results, we immediately launched an internal investigation.
Our investigation determined that the issue was caused by miscommunication between the production and marketing teams, which led to incorrect hardness information being released publicly. The actual hardness range of 140Cr steel is 59–61 HRC.
We sincerely apologize for the confusion and inconvenience this error may have caused. At the same time, we appreciate this independent testing cooperation, which helped us identify the issue.
Going forward, we will implement stricter internal management standards and continue improving our products and customer service.
