# **The Company & The Factory**

SRM brand is owned by RUIKE Outdoors Tools Manufacturing Co., Ltd., which was founded in 1998. The RUIKE factory has been dedicated to the research, development, and manufacturing of high-quality outdoor tools and knives. By 2000, the company had rapidly expanded its operations and established stable partnerships with renowned brands worldwide, offering both OEM and ODM services.
